The following are the minimum criteria of eligibility needing to be fulfilled by candidates aspiring to take admission to the course:

No, it is not necessary to do an internship after completion of your B.Sc degree to pursue a course in M.Sc. Basic eligibility to pursue M.Sc is the completion of graduation with a pre-decided pass percentage. This pass marks may vary for different colleges. Also, different colleges may conduct entrance exams for admission to M.Sc courses.
