There is no option to get admission in any college without entrance.
All medical seats including (private colleges) MBBS, BAMS will be allotted through online counseling only.
You must have been given at least one medical entrance .
For appearing in counselling and if you are from GEN category then only students with 50 percentile in NEET will be eligible for counselling.

Well, I think, there are certain coaching panels like PrepLadder, DAMS, Neeraj Wadhawan sir's Ace Achiever were you could get a few references and guide with previous year solved questions.

To become a professional nutritionist in India, there is no need to obtain license. But to become a Dietician, one must possess license and become RD (Registered Dietician). So you need to think of your future fitment into the respective course where you are able to see yourself after your studies. Nowerday people are very health conscious to the future scope of any of the courses is good.

It also contains mock test papers for your practice.
