NMAT is kind of MBA entrance exam like CAT. It is easier than CAT but have level of moderately difficult. Questions can be divided in three sections - language skills, quantitative skills and logical reasoning. Three attempt can be taken by examinees, graduates or graduating students of any Bachelor degree can enroll for this exam. It is mandatory for students who wish to apply for medical schools. Marks are valid for 2 years. Generally, you can't change your college after completion of the first year or any year as it is based upon your percentage marks and any other reason.
For admissions to the new college, you need to start over with the first year and in the context of B.pharmacy, one should have a diploma certificate then only you would be eligible for admissions in the lateral entry.
Also, it depends from college to college.
But Cauvery College Of Pharmacy is not allowed to take direct admission in the second year.
