You can try for government and private colleges you'll surely get admitted if you fill correct choices of colleges in your list cut off is 250 score.

The Chaudhary Attar Singh Yadav Memorial Education Trust offers admission to the B.Pharma program based on seat distribution by the Maharashtra state common entrance cell.
You have not mentioned what document issue you are facing. As for admission, you will have to register for CAP seat allocation counseling on the CET website.
