As you did not mention the category you belong, the marks and the cut off score varies depending upon the category you belong.
The AYUSH Ministry has abridged the NEET cut off for BAMS. As per the latest NEET cut off for BAMS, applicants belonging to the Unreserved or General category are required to score a minimum marks of 113 and 40 percentile.The SC / ST / OBC / PwD require 86 marks and 30 percentile.

So with regard to your query, as you have scored 420 marks in NEET and belong to OBC category. Yes, you can get admission in private colleges. Good luck!
