Without an official Certificate if you are found practising serious charges or punishment are there so if you have lost it ask the institute for duplicate one or else u can't practise.

Paramedical course: B.Sc nursing, bachelor of physiotherapy and lab technician.
If you get a government seat no need to pay fee.
But in private institutions you must pay fee minimum 1lakh to 2 lakh to complete course.
