Hi,
Compared to the MPH degree, the MHA focuses less on disease and more on the delivery of healthcare services. In fact, the MHA degree shares some common ground with the MBA degree, but with an emphasis on the business of healthcare. Masters in public health is good in terms of earnings.
Good luck.

Bachelors degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks is required for this course in the qualifying Examination. If you qualify in GD/PI, you will be offered admission. So Non-Med students can also go for this course undoubtedly.
