Hi Mohammad,
Your first attempt work be counted only when you appear for the exam and not when you have filled the application form but are not appearing in the exam. So, it wouldn't be your first attempt.

You have not specified the category you belong to, however, in the open category for Kerala state quota, you need to score above 481 marks for BDS and above 338 for BAMS and BHMS. While for all India quota you need to score above 450.
