Applicants who want to participate in the WB NEET counselling 2025 must note that the documents are important to appear in the counselling process.
The required documents to participate in WB NEET UG 2025 counselling are admit card, rank card, Class 10 and 12 mark sheets, domicile certificate (A1/A2/B), caste certificate (if applicable), PwD certificate (from IPGMER Kolkata), valid photo ID (Aadhaar/Voter ID/Passport), and recent passport-sized photographs. Originals and self-attested copies are needed for verification.

Candidates must qualify NEET UG 2025, possess a domicile certificate of West Bengal and basic eligibility (e.g. 50% in Class 12 PCB for the general category). The domiciles will include ProformaA1/A2 whereby for a Proforma A a candidate must have been residing in West Bengal for a minimum of 10 years (including their schooling, and we suggest show documentation), or Proforma B, whereby the parent is a permanent resident of West Bengal.
