There is a difference in the salary of doctors who qualify from AIIMS and those which qualify from other institutions. This is because the quality of education imparted at AIIMS is much better than that given at other institutions. as a result, AIIMS churns out better doctors and medical professionals as compared to other institutes. For medical aspirants, the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) in Delhi is the 'Medical Mecca' of India.

In my recommendation, don't go for the crash course. There are lots of disadvantages of crash course:
1. Putting extra pressure on your mind suddenly.
2. Since the course is vast, so they will not cover all the topics.
3. Less conceptual knowledge
4. Covering Important topics very fastly without clearing the doubts
and many more.

You should consult with admission authority of your college whether you will be permitted to transfer to another college midway through your course. Mostly, lateral transfers are permitted for students who have a good academic record. Also, check whether your college has a tie-up with the other institute. Make sure you block a seat in the target institute and then give up your seat in the current college. Good Luck!!

Becoming a Doctor is not an easy task. Pursuing and completing MBBS course will make you a Doctor. But securing admission in a good medical college is a tough task. The competition among aspirants is so enormous that getting a seat in top medical colleges has become very difficult. But with hard work and dedication, no goal is beyond ones reach. In short, if you want to become a Doctor, you will have to work hard for it. Good Luck!!
