Yes. NEET PG cut off depends on difficulty level of question paper in NEET PG exam. In addition, cut off also depends on number of candidates appearing for the exam and availablity of seats. If difficulty level will be more, then cut off will be low and so on. NBE releases cut off score with NEET PG result.

There is no provision to change NEET PG test centre once allotted. NBE tries to allot the test centre as per the preferences declared with application form, but if it doesn't happen, candidates have to accept it. NBEMS reserves its right to allocate test centres anywhere in the country irrespective of the test city chosen by the candidate to maintain the sanctity of examination. "Requests for change of testing centre / city shall not be entertained on any ground. Candidates are advised not to canvass for the same," the official brochure says.

College ranking matters, but it shouldn't be the only factor while selecting MD Pathology. Top-ranked institutes like AIIMS or PGIMER do offer better exposure, infrastructure, and academic networking, which can be helpful for future placements or fellowships.

However, a mid-tier college with excellent lab facilities, experienced faculty, and good hospital tie-ups can also provide strong clinical training. Always weigh rankings along with location, stipend, workload, and departmental reputation.
