The upper age limit for AIIMS and JIPMER examination is 25 years (30-years in case of Scheduled Castes/ Schedule Tribes/Other Backward Classes).

Hello Dear, Yes definitely you can fill the forms for AIIMS. AIIMS says you have to secure 60% in 12th. So definitely you can fill the form.
