Starting salary depends on factors like profile of the employer, job location and job profile. Depending upon the above mentioned factors, Diploma in Pharmacy certificate holders may earn anywhere between 8-20K Rupees per month (at start).

I would prefer BDS but you can try MDS after BDS. It has better scope than D.Pharma.

You can pursue MDS after completing BDS.

Pharmaceutical Engineering is growing with development. It may not be that much alluring though. You can surely join IIT BHU Pharmaceutical Engineering. But make your mind, that you have to go in the non-core sector if required.
