After studying MBBS in Russia or any other country, if you want to practice in India, you will have to pass the MCI screening exam also know as FMGE with 50%. It is held twice in a year. As per the existing rules of MCI, there is no limit on number of attempts.
In fact the government of India is planning to replace this exam with a common exam for all doctors who want to practice in India irrespective of the country. Even doctors who study MBBS in India will be required to clear this licensure exam once it is implemented.

You can choose any country, but more important is the university you choose.
Secondly, don't be misled by agents who promote South America as gateway to USA. Even if you are doing your clinical training in USA along with studies in South America, you will have to crack USMLE to get residency in USA. It is extremely difficult.
In Philippines, very few universities have good standards of education. First, you are admitted to pre medical program of 1.5 years after which you get admission to 4 year MD program but to be promoted to MD, you need to clear an entrance exam NMAT with minimum 40%. Kazan State Medical University is one of the reputed medical universities in Russian Federation. It was founded in 1814.
It is listed with MCI and WHO. It is a good university to pursue MBBS abroad.
