Yes its a very good option to pursue BAMS. After completion of your BAMS you will be posted as AYUSH medical officers in government setups.

If you are being alloted any course or college in anywhere, you have one year time to join it. Otherwise it'll get lapsed automatically.

Admission to BAMS or BHMS will be done as per NEET score. For admission into government colleges for BAMS or BHMS, you need a score around 300.

BAMS is the Ayurvedic Wing of Medical Science. And basically, the doctors are called as AYUSH doctors. Yes, you should definitely go for it.
