Hello Dear,
The JIPMER cutoff for admission into MBBS courses was 76 for OBC NCL category in 2016. Selection cut-off was 40th percentile for OBC category.

For securing a good score in NEET say 450+, you need to be very through the syllabus of NCERT of class 11th and 12th. Also you need to develop your MCQ solving skill by solving as much as MCQs as you can.

It might be difficult for you to get admission into government medical colleges at this score. But you can try in private medical colleges for MBBS. Also, BAMS BHMS option is open for you.
