Apart from these there are many homeopathic chains who need trained professionals as clinic managers such as TVACHA, Dr BATRA and even you can start something your own as these qualification will train you in management aspect.

D.pharmacy makes you eligible for the post of the pharmacist in a hospital in India and abroad. One can register himself and open a pharmacy shop. There are Govt. recruitment for pharmacist in govt hospitals and dispensaries. One can also become a medical representative MR in pharmaceutical companies.

Aspirants seeking to pursue super specialty Doctorate of Medicine (DM); Master of Surgery (MCh) and Post Doctoral Certificate (PDCC) courses must go through NEET-SS.
I guess no you don't have to but still it depends upon the College you want to apply if they consider it then you have to go through it.
