If you appear for civil services examinations after 10+2+3 with normal graduation degree, you will be able to earn faster. In medical you will take 10+2+5.5 years before you earn. Therefore, your argument has flaws.
Civil services examinations is very competitive. Therefore, it is good idea to appear in civil services examinations after any professional degree to mitigate risk of failure.

If you've cleared NEET then there are good chances that you're really interested in pursuing BDS.
As you've selected B.Com+LLB then you're interested in it. This is where you're really getting confused.
Now, only you have to decide that whether you're interested in the medical field or in accounting with law. Both are different fields. So don't get confused. Choose the one in which you're really interested. You'll perform better in your field of interest and this will definitely help you to succeed in your field.
Hope this helps.
Good luck.

For admission into BAMS cours under general category, your score shouldn't be less than 350. But the exact cut-off score can't be predicted as BAMS admission is happening through NEET for the first time.

NEET is to be given along with 12th boards with Physics, Chemistry and Biology by you if you are planning for FF FF doing MBBS Or BDS. And If you are planning for Pure Science (B.Sc) then only 12th boards result is taken into consideration for the admission.
