Even Russia is offering seats that are cheaper perhaps compared to fees of private college.

Depends on you. Well, self-study is the best thing but at the end of the day, you need good guidance.
If you have a good guide then you don't need to go for coaching.
If not then join any coaching.

You may also check for closely related fields such as Masters in Health Administration, Masters in Hospital Administration, Masters in Medical Science and Technology to name a few. You may also consider a PG Diploma in related fields.

First of all, you need to have a Diploma in pharmacy or need to appoint a full-time pharmacist who has done a Diploma in pharmacy from a Pharmacy Council of India approved institutes and must have registered Telangana state pharmacy council. Next step is obtaining shops and establishment license and medical retail shop license from food and drug administration where you need to give pharmacist certificate too.
