Hi Jamshid,
Studying in Germany is a competitive process. Since German universities require 13 years of education you must complete another year of formal education after your 12th, you cannot apply to a German university after your 12th directly. You can enroll into a Bachelor's degree program and complete the first year with very good grades. Another option is to clear the IIT JEE advanced but I suppose you are from a non-math background hence not an option. Secondly bachelor degree programs would be taught in German so you must know the language. Check Goethe institute website for the certifications. Take a look at this:
