For that you should concentrate more on NCERT's biology. To get marks above 500 you can do the following:
Attempt 25 questions in physics. 20*4 equals to 80 and then 40 in chemistry.

Yes, you need to give an entrance exam called AFMC. There is no need of NEET here, like AIIMS and JIPMER to get into AFMC then you need to appear for the entrance exam.

Hi,
NEET examination is only for admission into MBBS BDS courses. State level entrance admission examinations are there for other allied courses like BAMS, BHMS, etc.
Feel free to revert in case further query.
All the best!

You should aim to secure at least 460 marks for a good private dental college, but cutoff varies along with different states.

Hi,
You should follow NCERT for biology, it will be more than sufficient for this subject. Solve MCQs in physics and chemistry and follow NCERT for organic chemistry.
Hence, you don't need to join any coaching for these portions if you know the basics of biology and organic chemistry.
You can join any good coaching institute to clear your doubts and get help in solving maximum MCQs.

Generally, the counselling fees are refundable prior to starting of classes. However, course fees / tuition fees are nonrefundable, though certain institutions have different refund policy.

You won't be allowed for PG in dermatology without completing your MBBS degree. It's a post graduation course for medical students & not for engineering students.
