The applicant must have passed the subjects like physics, chemistry, biology/ botany and zoology and English, individually and must have obtained a minimum of 50% marks.
For candidates belonging to the scheduled castes/ scheduled tribe or other backward classes, the marks obtained in physics, chemistry, biology/ botany and zoology taken together in the qualifying examination and competitive entrance examination is 40%.

Friend, I won't suggest you Aakash Institute because my personal experience was not so good. Coaching institutes like Aakash are very expensive and inappropriate to follow. I personally suggest you to go for self-studies and focus especially on NCERT and previous year papers. If you complete your NCERT and practice previous year papers. You can easily enter in the courses like BAMS, BDS, B.Sc, BUMS, etc. and even in private MBBS College but to achieve MBBS in a government college, you need to study for at least 3-4 months.
