Hi Gautami,
You must decide what to study and then take tests like GRE, TOEFL, etc. You must know that taking these tests involves time and money. It is entirely up to you, if you want to continue dentistry or not. Also, decide where to study as not every university and program requires GRE. GRE is mainly required in USA.

The 100% scholarships are rare and given to extraordinary students. You will find scholarship details on university website. Every university in US offer scholarships to the students on merit only. You can check the international student scholarship on university website.
Most government scholarship schemes are for Master's degree and Ph.D students. In addition, you can check Aga Khan Education Services, Inlaks Scholarship, etc. You can check the eligibility on the respective websites.

If you are not at interested to study dentistry, you need to really weigh your likes, dislikes and decide what you want to do. USA will not be an ideal place for you.

Hello Sahil,
You should do M.Tech because you have done B.Tech, so M.Tech will be good for you, rather than BAMS.

No you can't. For admission in medical, you need to pass 10+2 with science stream with PCB subjects from a recognized board.
