MD from Singapore would not be an easy but to crack as they have very stringent procedure for it. Just to give you an idea, check the following link:

Problem is not only with MBBS degree from Nepal, even if you have graduated from premier medical colleges like Havard or John's Hopinkins you will not be eligible for practicing in India unless you qualifies the exam conducted by MCI. MCI screening exam is the toughest to make through some time it takes up to 4-5 attempts to clear.
