You must appear for NEET UG, then if the student qualify, then you will be studying MBBS for 4 and a half years, then 1 year internship and then must appear for NEET PG, then if he/she is among the toppers then you can get radiology.

You can clear your concepts in science by CBSE textbooks, it will be great if you start from the class 9th and also solve the MCQs as it will give you an idea of the questions.
