Both are different streams. First, you must decide what you want to do. If you want go abroad for job, you can do BAMS in India or in USA. BAMS is having high scope in India also but if after 5 or 8 years you want a job in India, you should go for MBBS.

Candidates having Bachelor degree in pharmacy can find job openings in central government & state government sectors. To obtain a career in these sectors, the candidates have to appear for the exams conducted by government.
B.Pharm degree holder can work in government Sectors as Pharmacist, Quality Assurance Health Manager, Analytical Chemist of Quality Control Manager, Data Manager, Regulatory Manager & Regulatory Manager.

It is not free Aratrika.
Dentistry programs in these countries take up to 6 years for completion. In Germany, they are not split into Bachelors and Masters degrees. Students must clear the State Examination (Staatsexamen) after course completion. So there is no point looking for MDS courses in Germany unless you want to start afresh. This is the same in case of France too however there are exceptions offering post graduate studies. So, please write to the universities for specific requirements.
