It is important to choose a good university in any country you go to.

You must score 50 percentile in NEET if you belong to general category and 45 percentile if you belong to any reserved category to pursue MBBS in any deemed or private medical college.

You can become a surgeon after MBBS. MBBS is graduation and neurosurgeon is post graduation .You have to clear NEET with very well marks and then you will get admission for MBBS because in India MBBS seats are very limited and lot of students prepare for this exam.

AFMC students have compulsory liability to serve as Commissioned Officers in the Armed Forces Medical Services. The offer of the type of commission Permanent Commission (PC) or Short Service Commission (SSC) will depend on the vacancies available. The candidates' parents/guardians are required to sign a bond agreement at the time of admission. If AFMC doctor is offered SSC then the tenure of SSC officers is of 05 years, extendable by another 09 years in two spells first of 05 years and second of 04 years. In USA, you will get an overall package for near about 50 - 80 rupees excluding your own expenses. Instead, pursing MBBS in Russia is much better because Russian economy is almost equivalent to Indian economy. And no entrance is conducted in Russia. And, there, you will not get MBBS degree. Once you come to India back and give an exam here to start practise, and if passed, you will get MD in psychology degree here in India.

You should first give pre-medical exam and after clearing it, can opt for Ayurveda.

No, as per the orders dated 20.09.2016 of Supreme court the vacant all India quota seats will not be transferred to state quota till any further order .
