Hi Om,
To pursue MS in Pharmacy you must hold a Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or related fields. Admission requirements differ with countries so you must first decide where to study and check the requirements. You must also prepare for TOEFL or IELTS which are tests for English language proficiency.

AIPGMEE 2016 was conducted by National Board of Examinations (NBE) for admission to as many as 5500 MD/MS/Diploma seats in government medical colleges of India under 50% All India Quota scheme.

With 470 marks, getting a government college is difficult. But you may expect some private colleges for MBBS & BDS. You must attend the counselling. All the best. Feel free to revert.
