You are not eligible to seek admission in MBBS as you did not have PCB in +2 stage. You can not become heart surgeon without being a doctor first.

Allen is best in the country and its in Bangalore as well. Others are Resonance, Akash Institute but I am not sure if it is in Karnataka.
For pre post graduate exam I suggest Dams or Bhatia, either one of them.
