University of Oxford, University of Cambridge, University of Toronto, University of Pennsylvania, Imperial College London, Erasmus University Rotterdam and University of Munich to name a few. You must visit the websites and check regularly for Ph.D calls, most importantly write to the supervisor for availability of research positions.

Dear Asif,
Philippines, Russia, Georgia etc. are good options to study MBBS abroad.
You can find good universities in all who offer english medium of education.
For Philippines it is important to know that after 12th you first get enrolled for BS (Bachelor's in Science) program which is of 1 to 1.5 years. After this you need to clear an entrance exam NMAT with minimum 40% to get enrolled for MD (Doctor of Medicine), which is equivalent to MBBS in India.

Dear Prakash,
Usually for loan to study MBBS abroad, in countries like Philippines, Russia etc. financial institutions look for mortgage against the loan amount and suitable income of your parents or any guardian who can pay the loan emi's on time.
Besides this, in Philippines, you should consider other universities like Manila Central which are excellent for pursuing medical studies.

As per Government statistics currently India has surplus dentists but there is acute shortage of doctors particularly specialist doctors. Therefore, I am of the opinion that MBBS is a better option.
