After MBBS, you will be posted as Junior Resident (JR) till you complete your PG. After Post Graduation You will be posted as Senior Resident (SR), afterthat you will be promoted to Assistant Professor, after that Associate Professor, Additional Professor and finally Professor.

All India Counselling is done for 15% of total MBBS BDS seats across the country.Its done by CBSE AIPMT. Remaining 85% are for State level counselling.

If you want to do MBBS or BDS, you have to appear AIPMT.
Other than these, you can go for BSc Medical Science, BSc Nursing, BPharm, BHMS, BAMS.
I personally recommend you to appear AIPMT for MBBS BDS
