Yes, you can study Psychology after completing 12th without MBBS.
You can become a Psychologist, for that you need to obtain a degree (B.A) in Psychology or allied subjects.
You may then go for Post graduation (M.A) in the desired branch of Psychology (Clinical Psychology, Organizational Psychology, Criminal Psychology, Child Psychology, Sports Psychology etc).
You may alongside attend workshops and short term therapeutic / organizational courses to enhance your counselling skills and widen up your opportunities.
Then, opt for research programs and apply for jobs in public or private sector and acquire experience alongside in the related field.

MBBS is required if you wish to become a psychiatrist. After MBBS, you may either do a postgraduate course (M.D.- Doctor of Medicine) in Psychiatry or a Diploma in Psychiatric Medicine (DPM).

MIT is the use of X-ray, Fluoroscopy, Ultrasound, CT scan, MRI, Angiography and PET technologies to diagnose diseases. By extending human vision into the very nature of diseases, medical imaging enables a more powerful generation of diagnosis and intervention. “Graduates of Medical Imaging Technology have a wide range of career opportunities in hospitals/clinics (Patient care), corporate houses, software development team (for medical imaging systems), teaching and research.
There are concerns about the exposure to radiation but this is closely monitored and checked from time-to-time.
