Your qualifications of NEET 443 along with Sunrise category status and UP state residency make you a potential candidate for particular medical colleges. Under the NEET 2024 cutoff for UP there is a chance to enter Autonomous State Medical College Ayodhya (score: 418, rank: 110975) or Autonomous State Medical College Basti (score: 416, rank: 112677) with a score of 443. The admission procedure includes cutoff scores but their values can change annually while students must also meet other requirements for seat availability and counseling steps.

Up to February 2025, the exact cutoff ranks for admission to the Government College of Pharmacy, Bangalore, M.Pharm. in Pharmaceutics program for the academic year 2024-2025 have not been made available. The requirement for admission into this program would normally be a B.Pharm. degree with at least 55% marks and must have passed entrance tests like the Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test (GPAT) or the Karnataka Post Graduate Common Entrance Test (PGCET). Since the program is highly competitive, it's better to secure a good score in these entrance tests in order to maximize your chances of admission. For the most recent and correct inform

Yes, once you qualify for PPMET (Punjab Para Medical Entrance Test), you can secure a government seat on the basis of your merit rank. 50% of seats in private colleges are under the government quota and the remaining for management/minority quotas. Admission is subject to your rank, category, and seat availability at the time of counseling. Punjab domicile students are given preference in the first round of counseling.

A cost-effective paramedical course, generally a Diploma level course, generally takes 1-2 years, while paramedical degree courses at the undergraduate level may take approximately 3 years; there are numerous paramedical courses such as nursing, physiotherapy, medical laboratory technology, operation theatre technology, radiography, and others based on the field of specialisation you opt for.

With a NEET score of 341, a rural certificate, and being in category 3A (NCL), your prospects of getting a medical seat under the government quota can differ depending on the state and the number of seats available. In general, the cutoff scores for government medical colleges are higher, but being in a reserved category and having a rural certificate can enhance your prospects.
For the most recent and precise information, I suggest looking into the respective state's counselling process and cutoff details
