No Indian students do not need private medical insurance to study in UK assuming duration of their course is 6 months+ and they hold UK student visa.
Students needing UK study visa for higher education in country are required to pay mandatory fee worth GBP 776 (INR 91.5 K) per year, in the form of Immigration Health Surcharge or IHS. This gives students, access to the UK's National Health Service (NHS), which takes care of all emergency medical needs.

Yes, the Andhra Pradesh EAMCET (EAPCET) cutoffs are released separately for the Engineering stream and the Agriculture & Pharmacy stream.
This is because:
- The two streams have different exam subject combinations (Maths for Engineering vs. Biology for Agriculture/Pharmacy).
- They have separate counselling processes and seat allotment lists.
- Colleges offering these courses differ, so their seat availability, competition level, and category-wise last ranks also vary.
As a result, you'll find distinct cut-off rank lists for each stream after every counselling round.
