No, you can't get admission to MBBS at AIIMS if you have less than 50% marks in Class 12th.

AIIMS  MBBS admission is based on a valid NEET UG score. Following that, candidates are allocated seats via NEET UG counselling process. Candidates who passed Class 12 with 60% aggregate (English + PCB steam) having an age of minimum of 17 years are eligible to apply.

The candidate must have passed proficiency or Plus 2 level with Biology, English, Chemistry, and Physics with 50 percent marks in aggregate at minimum. Pass the common entrance exam with 50 marks minimum conducted by BAMS offering Universities in Nepal in merit order.

The universities providing the BAMS course open an application for the program. The students however have to attend the entrance examination to be able to study the program. The notice regarding the admission test is posted on the official website.

It would be difficult to get into the Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) program at Ayurved Mahavidyalaya in Mumbai with a NEET UG score of 190. In respectable universities like Ayurved Mahavidyalaya, the cutoffs for BAMS courses are typically higher. On the other hand, opportunities can arise under management quota or particular reserved groups. In order to consider every possibility, it's critical to review the most recent cutoff trends and take part in the counselling process.

As per 2024, NEET cutoff scores are varied compared with previous years.

Please find cut off details as per category wise:

  1. Unreserved category cut off scores ranges between 720- 164 out of 720.
  2. Reserved category cut off scores ranges between 163- 129 out of 720.

These range of scores are offered in government colleges depends on seats allotment.

You have scored 200 marks, so you may have chance to get government college seat in any state.

Getting a seat in AIIMS Jodhpur with a rank of 112,056 in the SC category is challenging, as AIIMS institutions are highly competitive with very limited seats. Typically, a much lower rank is required for admission, even in reserved categories.

Because of the usually higher cutoffs, it could be difficult to get a government seat for MBBS in Haryana with a NEET score of 326. Nonetheless, as government BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) colleges typically have lower cutoffs, there is a chance of being accepted. To increase your prospects, you must take part in state and All India counselling rounds and think about choices under the management quota or reserved category.
