Yes, you can definitely pursue MD after BHMS.
It is possible to do specialisation in an area of Medicine through MD courses. Specialization can bring deepening of knowledge and particular skill development in a specific field such as Pediatrics, Dermatology, or Psychiatry. Having a degree in MD opens more career opportunities than with just a BHMS.

Yes, the SRM College of Physiotherapy is a good college for Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT).
BPT offered by SRM College is a 54 months course and the seat intake is 120. The total fees for the whole course is INR 7.88 Lakhs. You can join the course in merit if you have good marks and high cutoff in your 10+2 (CBSE Or Stateboard and ISC exam). I don't think you can get admission to any Government college with four thirty marks, I am saying this by assuming you as a general category student if you are from SC/ST Category you can give it a try by filling counselling form. You can go with Government College Karur, Goverment College Kannauj, Himachal Pradesh Medical College, Shimla and many more. Firstly applicants will have to click on the link ‘Register and Set a new password’ on the AIIMS B.Sc. (Hons.) Nursing Online Seat Allocation portal. Follow the instructions to set new password. Note that this password is separate from the password required to access MyPage. Students must maintain both the passwords.
