Admission to AIIMS for PhD in Hospital and hea;thcare management is entrance-based. It is based on the marks secured by applicants in the AIIMS PhD entrance exam. The process is then followed by a departmental assesment. The duration of the course is considered from the registration to the date when the student submits his thesis.

Most organizations can offer a pay scale for DPharm fresh graduates from INR 3 Lacs to INR 4 lakh per annum. Initially, new joiner will keep training or probation position, after which their pay scale would be revised. Post that new employees can find a salary in range of INR 5 Lacs - INR 7 Lacs.
