Review of All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Delhi.

Placements: A bachelor's degree in optometry is a four-year program, i.e., three years of academic study plus one year of mandatory internship. In AIIMS Delhi, there is no placement cell or any placement facility after the completion of a course by the college. After completing the course, you will be able to choose from a variety of options, such as joining AIIMS itself on a contract basis by giving an interview. You can join the project. You can get a permanent job, but there aren't many openings. You can...

AIIMS Delhi is the best college in India.

Placements: Bachelor of Optometry is a four-year paramedical course that includes three years of study and one year of compulsory internship. Internships are offered at AIIMS Delhi. After completing the course, there are no placements. After completing the course, you have to go to companies. After passing the examination, all students are given permanent positions at AIIMS Delhi, but there are very few vacancies. Many students are hired on a contract basis at AIIMS Delhi, and others work on projects under ...

It is a good campus, and good clinical exposure is provided.

Placements: AIIMS Delhi is the top medical college, having a lot of clinical exposure and equipment. A lot of students got selected for NORCET exam (for nursing officers in any AIIMS in India) after studying at AIIMS Delhi. AIIMS Delhi also provides contract-based jobs with a salary after completing your 4 years of college without any exam, but after clearing the exam, the average salary offered to a nursing officer is approximately 80,000 per month.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the hostel and campus is pretty good. We have different classes in different venues, like anatomy and physiology classes are held in JLN auditorium, and we have other classes in CLT, CHC and NLT. The classrooms are comparatively good. We have BB Dikshit Library (one of the biggest libraries) here, where all kinds of books, magazines, and journals can be found. The hostel provides facilities like a dancing room, reading room, badminton ground, table tennis court and TV room....

Definitely a great and prestigious medical college.

Placements: After 4.5 years of MBBS course you have to work with your senior doctors to gain experience. Students are provided with many job opportunities. They can also continue with their studies (MD/MS). Almost 90%-100% of students got selected in the same college or other top hospitals in India.

Infrastructure: Hostel and mess fee was Rs. 1300 a year. Electricity and gym fee was Rs. 300 for a year. There are several fests organized but the most amazing is PULSE at AIIMS, New Delhi which is conducted every year for the m...

The eligibility criteria for the exam requires candidates to have passed the 12th standard (or equivalent) with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks in English Physics Chemistry and Biology. Since you have scored 45 in Chemistry which is lower than the required minimum aggregate marks, you may not be eligible to appear for the AIIMS entrance exam. However, you can consider rewriting the 12th standard exam to improve your Chemistry score and meet the eligibility criteria for the exam. You can contact the concerned board (e. g. CBSE ISC etc. ). To know the details about the supplementary or improvement exams. Generally, the supplementary exams are conducted a few months after the regular board exams, and the registration process is similar to the regular exams. You can also check the official website of the respective board for more information on the supplementary exams. Once you improve your Chemistry score and meet the eligibility criteria, you can appear for the AIIMS entrance exam. It's important to note that the AIIMS entrance exam is highly competitive, and you need to prepare well to secure a good rank and increase your chances of getting admission to the college.
