It is difficult to predict which private college you can get admission to with 399 marks in NEET.
However, you can use the NEET College Predictor tool to check your chances of getting admission in private colleges. The minimum marks required for admission in private colleges are dependent on a particular college’s admission criteria.
The colleges display a merit list of all the candidates and that depends on your NEET rank. The minimum marks required in NEET 2023 for MBBS in Private College for General is 50%, for Persons with a disability is 45%, and for ST/SC/OBC is 40%.

Yes you can get admission in H.K College for B.Pharma with this mark.The admission will be based on PCB and score you got in MHT-CET.You should write MHT-CET.

The MCC will be releasing 4-5 rounds of NEET Counselling 2023 for Dr Ram Manohar Lohia Institute of Medical Science Lucknow cutoff for admission to medical courses. In 2021, the closing rank for medical courses. under general category for all India quota was 10691. In 2022, it increased to 49596. The closing rank for Rajendra Institute of Medical Sciences Ranchi cutoff 2022 for BDS - Bachelor of Dental Surgery was 49596 which is very close to this range. This was for general category under All India quota. Unless the candidate belongs to some other category or domicile, one cannot afford to score less than this. With this rank, there is a probability of getting admission however since, the cut offs keep changing year on year, it is advisable to try to score better ranks to increase your chances of getting admission in Dental Institute Rajendra Institute of Medical Sciences Ranchi.

Opening and Closing rank depends on the category and quota of candidates. For general category under All India, opening rank for RIMS Ranchi cutoff 2022 was 23854 and closing rank was 49596. Cut off are differant when it comes to other categories or female candidates and even domicile of home state.
