Simply join the courses that lets you handle the patient in emergency conditions.
As I know little bit about it not
so much.
But I know some BAMS doctor who do it well.
So I suggest.
That join the DEMS ( Diploma in emergency medical services) after you have done BAMS well.
Hope it will solve your problem.

For last year, the closing rank for MBBS - Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery was 15131 which is very close to this range. This was for general category under All India quota. Unless the candidate belongs to some other category or domicile, one cannot afford to score less than this. With this rank, there is a probability of getting admission however since, the cut offs keep changing year on year, it's advisable to try to score better ranks to increase your chances of getting admission in HBT Medical College And Dr RN Cooper Municipal General Hospital.
