Yes, you can apply for NEET if you have biology as a subject in your 12th class.
For eg: if you have opt for math that is PCM in 11th then you can also take optional subject biology with which you can give JEE as well as NEET.
But you have to work hard for that because then you have to study for 6-7 subjects instead of 5 subjects in 12th class.

You would be eligible for all colleges once you clear the compartment. If you are able to clear your compartment before the last date of application only, you would be able to appear for the exam. Otherwise, as you have to fill your marks in the application form, you will not be able to fill up the form.

The admission process for MBBS programs in India is highly competitive, and the cutoff marks required for admission can vary from year to year and across different colleges. A score of 105 in NEET may be considered relatively low for admission to MBBS programs in most colleges.
However, it's important to note that the cutoff marks for admission can vary depending on factors such as the difficulty level of the exam, the number of applicants, and the availability of seats. Additionally, different colleges may have different cutoff marks based on their individual admission policies.
