TS ECET ranks are required for lateral entry admission to BTech courses at the CMR Engineering College. The rank for admission in 2025 ranges from around 1197. The exact cutoff is based on different rounds, the category to which the student belongs, and the specialisation of BTech in which the student is interested.

TS ECET exam date will be third week of the May 2025 and the counselling for the UG programs will be done on the june 2025. However the applications for the submission of form have been started from January 2025.

The registration have been started from 3rd March 2025 and the last date was 19th April 2025 however students can also submit their application on 26th April 2025 with the late free of rupees 500 and with the late fees of thousand rupees on 12th May 2025.
TS ECET EXAM DATE is 12th May 2025 and the result will be announced on the last week of the may 2025 .

Yes, you can get admission into B.E./B.Tech in CSE or IT through TS ECET with a Diploma in Civil Engineering. While the preference is usually for diplomas in Computer Science or related fields, you can still apply for available seats based on your TS ECET rank. The eligibility requires a minimum of 45% in your diploma, and admission is based on your performance in the TS ECET exam followed by counseling.
