It depends on your state as well as yur category. From AIQ if you belong to general category looks difficult to get BAMS on this rank.

Round 1 Closing Rank (General – All India): 7

Round 2: No data available or not conducted

Interpretation:

In Round 1, candidates with excellent ranks (within top 10 nationally) secured seats.

By Round 3, even candidates with ranks up to ~5078 had a chance—indicating strong demand but also accessibility in later roun

To be competitive for MD (Kaumarabhritya – Bala Roga) at AIIA, aim for:

< 10 in Round 1,

But you might still get a seat with a rank near 5000+ if you wait for later rounds.

Yes you can repeat class -12th in Science  and can pursue MBBS. For  repeating again in 12th you first need to enroll again in 11th class with Science subjects like Physics, Chemistry and Biology which we called PCB. Some state boards and private school may allowed re-admission with different streams. After pursuing from PCB in 12th you can get admission in MBBS through various ways.

If you belong to the General category under the AI quota, there is a possibility you can get admission to Gujarat University. During the Gujarat University NEET MDS cutoff 2025, the Round 1 closing ranks ranged between 29 and 369 for the General AI quota. So, considering the first-round cutoff, candidates with a cutoff rank of 70 can get admission to some of the MDS specialisations depending on the eligibility, seat availability, and other parameters.

No, with a score of 39 and a rank of 2005297, it is highly unlikely to get admission to K.V.T.R. Ayurved College for BAMS. The NEET cutoffs for BAMS, even for private colleges, are significantly higher than this score.
