The opening and closing rank depends on the category and quota of candidates. For the General category under All India, opening rank was 357236 and closing rank was 412709. Cut off are different when it comes to other categories or female candidates and even domicile of home state. Admission to Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) at RajaRajeswari Medical College and Hospital is based on the scores obtained in the entrance exam NEET. Applicants are advised to confirm what category are they applying while checking for cut offs.

In order to get admission to a three-year BSc course at Paramedical Sciences, candidates must have passed Class 12 in the stream of Science with minimum 40% agggregate. The direct admission is offered to candidates based on their merit obtained in the last qualfying of Class 12. At last, candidates are also required to appear for PI round, which is conducted at the institute.
