Candidates have to paste their latest postcard size photo on the NEET admit card. The size of the photo should be 4"x6". Same photo should have been uploaded on the application form. The parameters are given below.

  • The photograph should not be taken before January
  • Face and ears should be visible
  • Background colour of the photograph should be white
  • Students should sign on the left side of the photograph.

Candidates have to sign on the NEET admit card in presence of the invigilator. This acts as a proof of attendance for the exam day. In case a candidate signs it before that, he/she should discard the document and take a fresh print out and follow the instructions carefully. If a candidate realises this after reaching the exam centre, then they must notify the exam centre authorities and seek for their approval to allow them to appear for the exam. Otherwise, they should take a printout of the NEET admit card from the exam centre or from the vicinity.

Candidates can download the admit card from the official website of NTA. The admit card can be downloaded any number of times before the examination day. Candidates are advised to save a soft copy for future reference. Also, NTA will email a copy of the admit card to your registered email Id, you can download it from the email. NTA will also upload the NEET 2024 admit card at the DigiLocker and Sandes App and candidates will be able to download the important documents from there as well.

In such a scenario, you must contact the NTA immediately and get it rectified. If the details printed on the NEET 2025 admit card does not match those on the official ID proof that you will carry on the day of the examination, then you have to show the copies of email communications with NTA requesting to make the necessary changes. NTA has stated that candidates will be allowed to appear for the exam with the originally issued NEET admit card.  NTA will take necessary action to make corrections in the record later.

No, as per the regulations of the Medical Council of India (MCI), admission to MBBS programme in India can only be granted through the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA). This applies to all candidates, regardless of their previous degrees or qualifications. Therefore, any college in India offering admission to MBBS without NEET would be in violation of the MCI regulations and the admissions would not be valid or recognised by the MCI.

Yes, it is possible to pursue an MBBS degree after completing a B.Sc. In Cardiology, but the process may vary depending on the country and institution where you plan to study.
