Marks needed for MBBS depend on your state quota. In Delhi best colleges need 620 - 630 marks for General category.

In some states like Himachal Pradesh it can be around 550.

For All India Quota you should aim for 600+ and recent trends show 620 is usually safe.

For preparation, Biology should take majority of your day, 2-3 hours minimum for ncert revision. For Chemistry and Physics less time should be taken on learning new stuff and more time on practicing questions.
200 questions a day for Biology and 50 each for Physics and Chemistry a day. During the exam itself, it is recommended that 45 minutes max for 90 bio questions, 1 hour for Chemistry and 1.15 hour for Physics.

There is always a correction window, if that has also passed then only a special request can be made. Unfortunately, after the correction window closes it is near impossible to change anything. This is the reason candidates are advised to fill details carefully so that there is minimum scope of error. NBE may or may not entertain the request the special request in case the deadline of correction window gets over.
