MBBS itself is a course. To study MBBS in the UK, you must clear UKCAT exams. You must also take IELTS. The best universities in the UK for MBBS are Queen Mary, University of London, University College London, University of Cambridge, University of Oxford, Imperial College London, etc.

A biotech engineer maintain the medical equipment or they can serve as a biotech officer. Pharmacy is 4 year course. After completion of this course you can join as MR, pharmacist and so on.
Apart from this, many others courses are available and better career option is possible.

For a general category candidate, if you cross 520, you can find yourself in a moderate government medical college. If you cross 550, be sure, you will bag a seat in a really good college. In the end, everything depends upon the difficulty of the question paper and how have all the students fared.

Well, B.Sc is a very traditional course to pursue after completing class 12th with Science, as most of students do that. That would not have better prospects for you, as the stream is much crowded and in today's time, you need to stand out of crowd. So, you must look for more opportunities and unique courses with better career prospects.

Your grades are way below average to study in Canada. A minimum 75% is required. Also, there is no MBBS as such, you have to apply for a Bachelor's degree, clear MCAT and start your medical studies.
