After your MBBS final year every student has to complete a compulsory internship in a hospital attached to the college. You can expect salary of 10000 per month if you are in government medical college of Maharashtra
After your internship you can join as Resident medical officer RMO and expect a salary of 60000 per month.
If you get good rank in PG entrance, you enjoy your desired specialisation branch with a salary of about INR 65000 per month.
