Sorry to say that but to get government medical college, you have to rank within 10 thousand, then you can be eligible for MBBS in a government college.

All the PG residents in any medical college in India get the same basic pay. The difference in their take home salary is due to the difference in their allowances which vary from state to state and city to city. The stipend for MD/ MS courses in All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi is around Rs. 90,000 per month. The amount ranges from 9.4 k to 10.02 k during the course. The stipend includes House allowance as per the 7th CPC and Income Tax amount is excluded because it is not a salary, it is a stipend. Stipend in central government colleges is 80k to 90k. State government colleges 25k to 50k.

A required 50 percentile in NEET PG for general category whereas 45 percentile for reserved category is required for MD admission at Bharti Vidyapeeth, Pune.

ENT, dermatology, orthopedics, ophthalmology, and pediatrics can be good options to opt for in MBBS at government colleges. Do look at the various cutoff percentile of each colleges for a clear report.
