No, you cannot get admission in government college because for SC category, you have to have rank between 137.108, then you are eligible to take admission in government college of MBBS.

The candidature of candidates in the NEET (UG) - 2022 who have passed the qualifying examinations I. e. Class 12 from National Institute of Open Schooling or State Open Schools or as private candidates from recognised State Boards; or with Biology/Biotechnology as an additional subject shall be allowed but subject to the outcome of Special Leave Petitions/Appeals filed by the Medical Council of India). So, you ae eligible for NEET UG.

The NEET counselling procedure is done by two authorities:
1. The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC): MCC does NEET counselling for 15% of the All India Quota (AIQ) seats. To participate in AIQ NEET counseling, you have to register on the official website of MCC "mccdotnicdotin". Currently, round one seat allocation has been done for NEET UG 2022. According to the previous year's trend, you are not eligible to get admission to any BHMS college in India. Because if you want to get admission, You are expected to score at least 350 or 350 plus marks in the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test 2022 to get admission to a reputed BHMS college and BHMS government medical college. However, you may get admission with your CET Score in these colleges.
