You will get colleges of medicine to pursue MBBS with your achieved marks of 420. And the fee structure will completely depends on the Which college you get in to. If you will get in to any government college for medicine you fee will be minimal but if you want admission in any private college they have very high range of fee structure.

Yes, 447 marks is not an ideal mark to get in to MBBS government college and you placement also depends on other factor like your category. Firstly you should have applied for counselling till now. Based on you marks and college cutoffs you will get your seat in MBBS.

Your expected Rank based on your score will be ranging from 35900-36400. You have less chances in 15 % quota seats, but you can try in state level colleges. Chances of government college can be in state colleges. Good Luck.

The cut-off is around 550 for the gen category, it will be less for other category people.

It is around 1000-2000 rank in NEET, I think it is also having a low chance may be less than 1000 rank because having high competition.
